Journal Junkie privacy

What Journal Junkie stores
When you sign in with Google, Journal Junkie receives your name, email address and Google account ID. Everything you enter in the app is stored with your account: your daily logs, journal entries, to-dos, habits, goals, grades and any calendar links you add.
Who can see it
Your entries are private to your account. The database only lets a signed-in person read and change their own rows, so other people using Journal Junkie cannot see your data. The app's creator administers the database and could technically access it, but does not read users' entries and will not share or sell them.
Calendar links
If you add a Canvas or Google Calendar feed link, Journal Junkie fetches that feed to show your upcoming assignments and events. The link itself is stored with your settings. You can remove it on the Me tab at any time.
Google data
Journal Junkie only uses Google sign-in to identify you. It does not access your Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar through your Google account. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
On the Me tab, tap "Erase all my data" to delete everything you've entered, or "Delete account" to permanently delete your account and all of its data. You can also email the address below to request deletion.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Supabase, a hosted database provider. The app itself is hosted on GitHub Pages.
